It is located in a way that there is direct sunlight from the east and north. The pedestrian entrance is from the east side and the car entrance is from the north side leading to the yard.

The main concept of this project is a unit mass in which gaps are created according to each space functionality and their suitable sunlight, in a way that the exterior body reflects its interior.
A volumetric façade is created by the unit mass evacuation through a gap in the form of terraces for each floor, providing interior space quality, and defining and identifying negative spaces.
Play of light and shadow in volumetric notches and monolith texture of façade adds charm to the project. Also, notched spaces are formed through a cut on the volume and layout in order to use the maximum sunlight.

Terraces are placed on each floor based on the users’ need for exterior space so that each unit benefits the most from environmental quality such as light and greenness. On the eastern façade, terraces provide light for bedrooms while on the northern façade they separate kitchens from living room
